Five Finnish Lighthouses.....
In 2002, the postal service in Finland issued a set of five stamps in the form of a Souvenir Sheet (one stamp or multiple stamps surrounded by extra artwork - meant to be collected and left intact) to celebrate five different Finnish Lighthouses.
In addition to the name of each lighthouse are the completion dates,
the co-ordinates (longitude and latitude), and the distance the light
can be viewed. *** But, wait....there's more: The beacons GLOW IN THE DARK!
And you thought stamps were boring. This issue was so popular that it
sold out! Here's your chance to own and display a real postal
conversation piece.
Double matted in blue & white, this piece is sized to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame.
